College Freud, 31 rue Navarino, Paris 9th
We will discuss about the presentation we will Lahutte Bertrand. Here is his argument:
clinical practice familiarizes us with the idea of handling the transfer, which the analyst is the "object" in Institution, the practice brings a few to several modulations. Nevertheless, it is less conventional situations, where the markers are missing and the conceptual tools we may appear to be lacking. Is it to describe these situations by their characteristics - such as "exceptional circumstances" - or point that the exception can not rely solely on the context of the intervention of the practitioner and not on what would be an exception in the clinic?
Among these exceptional situations, we propose to develop what is commonly called the "operational" as a calling of a group or an institution established for the accomplishment of a mission - the wars in is probably the paradigmatic illustration.
What about the intervention in operational situation? This question presupposes to go through the definition of what may be an "intervention", leaving ambiguous term space tenuous for something to happen, even if concerns are also often polarized by issues more "vital". This radicalism, laid bare in operational environment, determines what can be expected of the practitioner and invites us to dwell on the question of the application, be brought to a climax of its most demanding greed or marked with a refusal categorical.
The risk of "closure" in the relationship becomes of great intensity, especially as he is caught in the phenomena of group. Indeed, the meeting of the group prior to that subject. Neglecting this point would immediately confront an impasse. Ignoring the "Clinic of the group" would expose us to its most devastating. What is the function of "group psychology", to use Freud's term in his Massenpsychologie? How can we discuss the impact on clinical practice, as the establishment of transfer? Indeed, Freud presents its collective psychology, how the object moves to the place of the ego ideal, while the operation proceeds from their analytical separation. This imposes a comment about the assumption of a crowd like uniform.
A few illustrations from the clinic in an operational situation, we propose to put into perspective the various elements and to emphasize the importance of the position of extimacy. These considerations will also discuss various clinical practice guidelines, using the example of trauma (and what the general opinion it would require public correlate, ie debriefing), where major issues are to release from the consequences of interventions "without the transfer."
