We will discuss about the presentation we will Lahutte Bertrand. Here is his argument: clinical practice familiarizes us with the idea of handling the transfer, which the analyst is the "object" in Institution, the practice brings a few to several modulations. Nevertheless, it is less conventional situations, where the markers are missing and the conceptual tools we may appear to be lacking. Is it to describe these situations by their characteristics - such as "exceptional circumstances" - or point that the exception can not rely solely on the context of the intervention of the practitioner and not on what would be an exception in the clinic?
Among these exceptional situations, we propose to develop what is commonly called the "operational" as a calling of a group or an institution established for the accomplishment of a mission - the wars in is probably the paradigmatic illustration.
What about the intervention in operational situation? This question presupposes to go through the definition of what may be an "intervention", leaving ambiguous term space tenuous for something to happen, even if concerns are also often polarized by issues more "vital". This radicalism, laid bare in operational environment, determines what can be expected of the practitioner and invites us to dwell on the question of the application, be brought to a climax of its most demanding greed or marked with a refusal categorical.
